A pristine rice spirit from Jecheon, distilled exclusively from 100% Korean rice using vacuum distillation to eliminate harsh notes. The result is a remarkably smooth 40% ABV spirit with pronounced rice aromatics and clean minerality. Each sip showcases the pure character of Korean grain, free from unwanted burn or bitterness. Traditionally paired with local Jecheon beef or mountain trout sashimi, it also complements grilled meats and fresh seafood beautifully.
